In your therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. We will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. Get in touch to book an appointment.

Lots of people ask us 'what does a normal session' look like. Its a good question! So here is what some of our sessions look like. Normally we set aside 50 mins. Longer sessions can be booked if requested. 

In our first session together we will go through an agreement which sets out some of boundaries for our sessions. It's nothing to be worried about but it does make sure that we are working safely and ethically with you. 

We will talk about confidentiality, session times, contact and discuss what you would like to work on. 


Then it's over to you. Some clients like to work on things each week that have come up for them, this is quite organic style working. Some clients come with a specific agenda or topic that they would like to discuss. 

Both of these ways of working are valid, as is everything in between.
